Let me explain where the idea of Baking Suite came from.
Having worked in the world of stock exchanges and financial corporations for close to 5 years, I can describe myself as a corporate highflyer turned in-house cake baker.
After years of consideration and continuous encouragement
from family and friends from across Europe, I set up Baking Suite with two
convictions. The first one is that among all sugar-packed and mass-made
cupcakes sold in every corner of London, the city lacks a source of real,
home-made sweet treats that do not only look, but also taste delicious. The
second is my strong belief that putting a little love into a recipe guarantees
its success – and since sharing food is sharing love, I hope to be spreading it
around in big chunks! After all, it does look like it is a big chunk of love
that the world needs now. And that’s what Baking Suite is about.
